BTCC CRM and Project Management

BTCC Group was running sales on a spreadsheet, project management in Trello, client communication in email threads, and invoicing in a separate accounting tool. There was no single view of a client relationship from first contact to project completion. Managers spent more time consolidating information than making decisions. Off-the-shelf CRMs like Salesforce were overkill and required expensive customisation.

We built a custom web application with three connected modules. A sales CRM with a Kanban pipeline, lead scoring, and automated follow-up reminders. A project management module with Gantt charts, task dependencies, time tracking, and milestone billing triggers. A client portal where BTCC clients can log in to view project progress, approve deliverables, and download invoices. All data is indexed in Elasticsearch for instant full-text search across clients, projects, and communications. AWS handles file storage and nightly automated backups.
