KTS Cab Booking Platform
A full-stack Android ride-booking platform for a Jaipur-based cab operator. Customer app, driver app, and admin panel — all shipped in 5 weeks.
What the client needed to solve
KTS Travels was managing bookings entirely through phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Dispatchers spent hours manually assigning drivers. There was no way for customers to track their cab in real time. Drivers had no structured way to accept or decline rides. Revenue was leaking because there was no in-app payment option, and cash collection was inconsistent.
What Matply built and why
We built three connected systems: a customer Android app for booking and live tracking, a separate driver app for accepting rides and navigating to pickups, and a Laravel web admin panel for dispatch managers. Firebase powers the real-time location updates. Google Maps API handles routing and ETA calculation. Razorpay processes in-app payments with automated receipts. The entire stack communicates through a single Laravel REST API.
