A telemedicine platform covering patient onboarding, video consultations, e-prescriptions, and compliance-ready medical records. Three apps in one project: patient mobile app, doctor portal, and admin panel.
What the client needed to solve
TGI Health was running consultations over regular video calls with patient records kept in spreadsheets. This created HIPAA-adjacent compliance risks, made follow-up tracking impossible, and frustrated both doctors and patients. They needed a proper EHR system that could integrate with a telemedicine workflow without requiring months of implementation.
What Matply built and why
We designed and built three connected systems. A patient-facing React Native app for booking appointments, joining video calls, and viewing prescriptions. A web-based doctor portal built with React for managing patient queues, conducting video consultations via WebRTC, and issuing e-prescriptions. A Laravel backend handles all medical record storage with encrypted fields, row-level access control, and a full audit log for compliance. AWS S3 stores all consultation recordings and documents securely.
