YoSports Booking Platform
A hyperlocal sports venue booking app for Jaipur and Delhi. Players find venues, check real-time court availability, book slots, and pay in under 60 seconds.
What the client needed to solve
Sports enthusiasts in Indian cities had no reliable way to find and book badminton courts, football grounds, or cricket nets near them. Venue owners relied on phone bookings that resulted in double-bookings and payment disputes. YoSports wanted to build the Zomato of sports venues — but with real-time availability and instant booking.
What Matply built and why
We built a React Native app with a location-first discovery feed powered by Google Maps. Venue owners get a lightweight web dashboard to manage their courts, set pricing by time slot, and view bookings. The availability engine uses a MongoDB time-slot reservation model with optimistic locking to prevent double-booking. Razorpay handles payments with automatic refund processing for cancellations. Firebase handles real-time slot status updates so customers see accurate availability as it changes.
